Yes, booking reservations with Jersey Virtual Reality is QUICK, EASY and highly recommended! Simply Click "Book Now".  Booking online avoid arriving while other's are booked or a private party is using the space. We do have a waiting room which is available from October 15th to May 15th, so arriving 10-15 minutes early with digital waivers completed would be suggested. Feel free to call. 

If you are interested in booking a party, you can call for custom pricing, we're happy to help accommodate what we can! 

If you plan on booking multiple activities be sure to not book them at the same time, book one after another this way you have time scheduled which is reserved just for you.

Our HTC Vive Cosmos Elite Headsets can support large frame glasses and can be easily adjusted by staff for a great viewing quality.

With the highest quality headsets, computers and content being used, customers rarely experience motion sickness or dizziness. Ask staff while choosing your content from our vast collection for experiences that don't simulate motion like racing, flight or roller coaster simulators), we have selections for VIRTUALLY everyone!

The minimum age for free roam room scale VR is 9 years old, and the minimum age of 12 for simulators or omni-directional treadmills, as well as a maximum weight of 225 pounds. It is up to the discretion of the parents/guests and manager to allow guests 9 and younger to participate. 

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to avoid missing time from your designated time booked and complete waivers.

We do have some time built into the schedule to set you up, but late arrivals may miss out on the time reserved to use the equipment. All bookings are final so it is important to be responsible with your booking time. Rebooking's are free 24 hours in advance and come at a $20 per participant cost to reschedule when less than 24 hours. 

YES! We have hundreds of parking spots available in Downtown Jersey City just past our location at 37 Marin Blvd, Jersey City NJ 07302. Parking is available for just $5 to keep a vehicle in a spot until 10:30pm, or later for late night sessions. You must pay for parking at the "Marina/RV Park Main Office" and put the pass in your car's windshield to avoid being booted. 

You are welcome to rebook free of charge if more than 24 hours from your reservation time, and $20 per participant if less than 24 hours. Call or text 732-201-8266 to rebook. 

Yes, just like museums, amusement parks and many other entertainment attractions, every individual must purchase an experience in order to enter the gaming space. 

Don't be nervous! Our highly trained VR staff is knowledgable and quick to help participants get acclimated to this amazing digital universe! Just like our Jet Ski Rental brother company, Jersey Jet Ski, we are happy to help newcomers have a great time and get the hunger for more fun!

Tough question with all the fun available at Jersey Virtual! Survive a zombie apocalypse with "Arizona Sunshine" wearing one of our touch vests and responsive guns on an unlimited range treadmill for one of the ultimate immersive experiences. Then race around a huge selection of racetracks with dozens of amazing cars to choose from, fly a plane wherever you'd like in any condition you'd like, with our full motion simulator. 

.Yes, we have free lockers available for storage of personal belongings.

Dress for your comfort, wearing active ware is recommended since these awesome fully immersive experiences will get you moving.

We do have a vending machine for quick snacks and drinks but food and drinks are not permitted around the equipment in the gaming rooms.

We have unlimited range omni-directional treadmills which allow participants to run in any direction indefinitely, room scale VR and simulators which give the highest level immersive qualities available. 

It's nowhere near as dangerous as flying or racing! But there are some hazards, if you crash it's best to let go of the controls until you've stopped moving in order to not be harmed by the moving responsive controls. We'll let you know what to do to make the most of your experiences with us! The waiver you sign prior is also helpful in the fine details, it's also in the confirmation email after you book!
